Semolina Fusilli Pasta

Small batch, 100% American-grown Durum Semolina organic pasta, made in Pasadena, CA.

Brightland Olive Oil

100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil sourced from a family-run California farm.

Cheezio Like a Pro

Add the Semolina pasta to a large pot of boiling water. Cook until al dente- about 5 to 6 minutes, reserving 3/4 cup of pasta water. Drain and set aside.

Place the drained pasta back into the pot and add the Cheezio Pepe seasoning, 1 tbsp of Brightland Olive Oil, and 4 tbsp of butter (vegan butter works great too).

Garnish with fresh chopped basil or parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve right away and try to be cool about it when people start licking their plates.
