Ingredients
4 lbs chicken wings, drumette and wings separated. Wing tips discarded.
- 2 tbsp baking powder

2 tbsp sloppy seasoning
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup hot wings sauce
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or a wire rack.
Mix wings with sloppy seasoning and baking powder until well combined.
- Place wings on prepared baking sheets and make sure they don't overlap.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45min-1hr flipping the wings every 15 min.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan and whisk in the hot wings sauce. Set aside.
Once wings are done, toss the wings in a bowl along with the prepared sauce. Mix well.
Serve immediately with Cheezio ranch. Leftovers can be stored for up to 4 days.
