Are your products vegan? Gluten-free? Organic? Kosher?

All of our products are vegan, gluten-free, and certified OU Kosher.

Where can I see the nutrition facts for your products?

You can find the nutrition facts listed on the back of each of our products.

Do your products contain peanuts?

Although our seasonings do not contain peanuts, they are blended in a facility that does process peanuts. Therefore, if you are allergic to peanuts we advise that you consult with your doctor before consuming our products.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of our seasoning mixes is 2 years.

Shipping and Returns

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged. Please let us know immediately by emailing support@hellohinote.com within 14 days from receipt of goods.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently we are only shipping via USPS within the United States.

How long will it take to receive the product?

We typically fulfill orders anywhere between 1 and 3 days. USPS shipping typically takes between 3 and 7 days. Hi Note is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the mail carrier, incorrect addresses, or weather. Who is behind Hi Note?

Hi Note was founded by Chef Roy Choi, Sophia Rossi, Justin Coit (aka Cooking with Coit), Natasha Phan, and Chef Andrew Hunter. Our mission is to simplify the complexity of cooking at home by creating products that make the process of cooking delicious meals easier, healthier, and more fun.
