Super Fly Salmon Bowl
1 lb salmon cut into filets
- 1 packet Super Fly Stir Fry
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- Optional ingredients for the bowl: sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, sliced green onions, a lemon wedge, sesame seeds and steamed rice.
In a small mixing bowl add the Stir Fry seasoning, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey. Whisk to combine.
- Put the salmon filets in a ziplock bag and pour in the sauce. Refrigerate to marinade for at least 30 minutes, up to 5 hours maximum.
In a large pan over medium heat, add the salmon skin side up and cook until it has nicely browned, about 4 minutes. Flip it over and continue to cook for another 4 minutes, until it has reached your desired level of doneness.
Create your Super Fly Salmon bowl by adding a layer of steamed rice to a bowl, followed by the salmon and optional garnishes. Finish with a sprinkle of sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
