Our Super Fly Salmon Bowl features tender salmon filets marinated in our savory Super Fly Stir Fry sauce mix, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey. Cooking the salmon is so easy- all you need is a small pan. Serve it over steamed rice and add optional garnishes like sliced cucumber, avocado, and green onions.
In a small mixing bowl add the Stir Fry seasoning, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey. Whisk to combine.
Put the salmon filets in a ziplock bag and pour in the sauce. Refrigerate to marinade for at least 30 minutes, up to 5 hours maximum.
In a large pan over medium heat, add the salmon skin side up and cook until it has nicely browned, about 4 minutes. Flip it over and continue to cook for another 4 minutes, until it has reached your desired level of doneness.
Create your Super Fly Salmon bowl by adding a layer of steamed rice to a bowl, followed by the salmon and optional garnishes. Finish with a sprinkle of sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
