Our Cheezio Roasted Potatoes recipe is the perfect side dish. These potatoes come out crispy and full of umami, cheezy goodness.
Cheezio Roasted Potatoes
1 Packet Hi Note Cheezio Pepe, to taste
1 1⁄2 lbs of potatoes, 3⁄4” chunks (with or without peel)
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss potatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper until they’re well coated.
Place potatoes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or foil, in a single layer.
Roast for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway so potatoes are crispy all over.
When potatoes are tender and crispy, scrape into a bowl and toss with a generous amount of Cheezio Pepe and parsley.
Eat it while it’s hot and crispy!
