Grilled Cheezio Zucchini

Ingredients

1 Packet Hi Note Cheezio Pepe, to taste
2-3 medium zucchini, sliced into 1⁄4 inch slabs
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh basil, torn into little pieces
Directions
Preheat grill or a grill pan on medium-high.
In a bowl toss the zucchini with olive oil and black pepper.
Cook zucchini on grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until charred and tender.
Remove from heat and place into a serving dish. Toss with a generous amount of Hi Note Cheezio Pepe, freshly ground black pepper and torn basil.
Eat immediately!
