A simple & delicious meal that only takes 5 minutes to prep!
Crispy Sloppy Chickpeas
2 cans (15oz.) chickpea/garbanzo beans
1.5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Sloppy seasoning
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Drain chickpeas and rinse with water, place rinsed chickpeas on a couple sheets of paper towel or kitchen towel. Either remove shell or leave on. Carefully pat dry making sure to not squish the beans.
Toss chickpeas in a bowl with olive oil and Sloppy seasoning.
Place seasoned chickpeas on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven.
Check on chickpeas every 10 min and shake the pan to move the chickpeas around.
Serve immediately. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
